Topic
Transparency Policies and Institutional Determinants of Economic Growth

After completing my BA in Political Science, I joined the research centre and policy think tank Knowledge and Information Society Programme (PROSIC -in Spanish), first as a research assistant and later fully as a research associate. During this period, I carried out research on two main topics: Information and Communication Technologies’ regulatory and policy framework, and Internet and Democracy. During my MA studies I started working on the topic of Transparency and its economic effects, which I now develop from a Global Studies perspectives in my doctoral project. Besides transparency, I’m interested in topics like Open Governance, Open Science and mixed methods applications.
